Payments

Applicable taxes will be added as required by law.

Payment is due within 5 days of your purchase. I will cancel the transaction if I don't hear from you within that time.

Buyers are responsible for any import or customs fees applicable.

Shipping

Within three days of receiving your payment, your item(s) will be carefully and discretely packaged and sent via international or domestic mail as appropriate.

Custom forms will be completed as required by shipping regulations and any duty will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping rates listed in the shipping profile are based on Canada Post Expedited Parcel rates for up to two small gift boxes in a padded envelope, with appropriate insurance. Please note that Canada Post has limitations on the insured value of packages so in the case of a large order, your purchase may need to be broken down into smaller packages in order to be properly insured. Shipping via Canada Post Express Post Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) is also possible. Please contact me and your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

Please note: Delivery charges will be waived for local customers who wish to pick up their purchases. If you wish to do this, please indicate so when you place your order.

The Purple Raven Boutique assumes no responsibility for parcels once they have been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, please contact me within three days of receiving your package. Unused items may be returned, in their original packaging, via mail for a full refund of the purchase price or to exchange it for another shop item.

Purple Raven Boutique is not responsible for any damages or loss incurred by the customer through the misuse of any store item.
